Born and raised in small town Nebraska, Jason Mayer approaches musiclike any true Midwesterner would; with hard work, a blue-collarattitude, and a desire to tell stories! Mayer started writing songswhen he was 16 years old, and has been performing live for over 15years! He mixes country, rock, folk, and roots music with a unique voice and style to make his sound unmistakable!

Mayer has twice been nominated for Outstanding Country Artist of the Year by the Omaha Entertainment and Arts Awards! He was also selected
in 2023 as one of 15 finalists for the Wild West Songwriters Festival in Deadwood, South Dakota, which is a premier regional songwriting competition. He has shared the stage with many national artists, including Carly Pearce, Craig Morgan, Rodney Atkins, Easton Corbin, Eli Young Band, Maddie & Tay, Jarrod Niemann, Thompson Square, Morgan Evans, Drake White, Matt Stell, Jimmie Allen, David Allen Coe, Aaron Watson, Kolby Cooper, Reckless Kelly, Cody Canada, Jason Boland, Read Southall Band, Josh Ward, and many more!

Mayer has released 4 original albums with various bands over his career and has had 24 different songs that he wrote or co-wrote receive radio airplay. His solo debut “Old Man” which was penned as a
tribute to his late father, was released on July 14, 2021. The song has garnered high praise and consistent radio airplay since its release. Singles “Here For a Good Time” and “Beer Makes it Better” were also released on September 29, 2021, and single “Songbird” was released November 17, 2021.

The final single “Too Damn Drunk” from Mayer’s self titled debut EP was released on June 15, 2022, the song has surpassed over 160,000 combined online streams and video views and has charted on several
radio charts! Mayer’s highly anticipated sophomore release is currently in the works! The brand new 8-song album is expected to be out in early 2024, with the first single “Close Enough” slotted for December 29, 2023 release!

Mayer is currently touring the Midwest and will embark on a Nationwide tour in support of his new releases in 2024! Over the last 2 years, Mayer and his band have played 238 shows, covering 21 different states and 70 different cities! Highlights include; the MGM Grand, Resorts World, and the T Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Losers, Whiskey Bent, Tin Roof, and the Dawghouse in Nashville, and several stops across the
country on the Tin Roof circuit! Original songs are mixed with a seemingly endless supply of cover songs that provide something for fans of every kind of music. Live shows are high energy, sing-along, dancing fun!
